Hi all

if PM Order is TECHNICALLY COMPLETED , Purchase request set to deletion flag.

so shopping cart should disappear from cockpit WITH RESPECTIVE delted purchase request.

BUT PR STATUS IS ACTIVE - NOT RELEASE COMPLETED.

What is SAP defined standard on SRM on this scenario

I am no PM expert, but this does not seem to be the standard SAP functionality. A TECO-ed PM Order does not automatically trigger PR item deletion. Correct me if I am wrong.

so shopping cart should disappear from cockpit WITH RESPECTIVE delted purchase request.

This should be the standard SRM process - ECC PR item deletion should trigger SC item deletion UNLESS the SC item has had already follow-on process, e.g. PO & Confirmation.

Hi

SO as per SAP rules Shopping cart should disappear right?

when untechoed sc must appear right?

I guess what I was trying to say is that SC item status is NOT dependent on PM Order's TECO status. They have no direct relation.

PM order - PR has relation

in the mean time PR has relation with SRM Shopping cart

Indirectly PM order has relation with shopping cart since cost folder has PM order reference.

for eg. when you create PO for this SC. SC will error out since PM orde rhas beed Techoed.

PM order - PR has relation

This is correct. But I am not sure if PM's TECO status would trigger PR deletion as you had suggested. Hence, SC created from PR would not be impacted simply because PM Order turned into TECO status.

PO with PM Order as account assignment is validated against ECC. This is a different topic I feel.

Thanks Jay

SAP must design if PM order has been TECHOED, SC should disappear from cockpit and it should behave like deletion PR)
