No alerts in Solman for Early watch of satellite system

Hi all,

I had just configured Early watch alerts for one of ny system in solution manager. while creating solution some one else in my team created one more solution for the same system using same RFCs and details.

Now i a getting early watch alerts all in grey. what is the problem? how can i schedule it?

please help, my go-live session with SAP is scheduled next week for the same system.

Hello Priya,

Having the same ssytem in more than one solution can cause a host of problems and is not recommended.

Likely Solman is confused about which service session to write the colelcted data to, and some important information is missing, which is why you get a Grey rating (When important information is missing).

You may need to remove the system from the additional solution to resolve this issue, however you can check SAP Note
