Problem with output device

Hi,

I am converting one form to PDF. While doing so if I choose device LP01 (Dev. type-HPLJIIID), the characters in the form are getting replaced by #. If i use the other device PR01 (Dev. type-SAPWIN) its coming correctly.

Is there any reason for this.

Hi,

What is the language of the characters in the form? Device type supports Latin-1 characters and Cyrillic characters. If the characters are Cyrillic, device type HPLJIIID will not work.
