Dear All,

Is it possible to make a Sales Promotion on an entire Distribution Channel and Sales Oranization instead of making it individually by customer?

If yes, let me know how please.

My problem is that I want to set a promotion on a specific Region in my country and currently I'm only able to do that by making the promotion on customer level only.

Hi Rafik,

Create a condition type for promotion with access sequence which has Sales org and Distribution channel and create a master record.

Then it should consider for all customere under that region of Sales org and dist. channel.
