REG:Shared Folder

Hello Gurus, I have small query,

The requirement is when the agent receives the workitem user decision like approve or reject.

If the user clicks on rejected button automatically the mail should go to shared folder.

i.e we have to route this mail to shared folder.

Please help me out.

What is a "shared folder"? How would you normally send something to a shared folder?

Hello Rick,

the requirement is in a sap inbox, we have to create a shared folder.

Whenever the agent clicks the user decision as reject button.

The workitem should be routed to the shared folder.

You can write custom logic for moving the item from Inbox to shared folder. FM 'SO_DOCUMENT_MOVE' is available for this. Please refer the below link for further details.
