Backup error in DB13

Hi all ,

I am taking backup in 4.7 then it is showing bellow error

BR0051I BRBACKUP 6.40 (50)

BR0055I Start of database backup: bedlyrkd.afd 2010-06-17 15.09.07

BR0484I BRBACKUP log file: /oracle/PCP/sapbackup/bedlyrkd.afd

BR0069E File name /oracle/PCP/sapdata1/system_1/PSAPUNDO.dbf not unique - backup/verification not possible

BR0069E File name /oracle/PCP/sapdata3/system_2/PSAPUNDO.dbf not unique - backup/verification not possible

BR0056I End of database backup: bedlyrkd.afd 2010-06-17 15.09.07

BR0280I BRBACKUP time stamp: 2010-06-17 15.09.07

BR0054I BRBACKUP terminated with errors

and i searched the note 17163 .

as per the note i have renamed the PSAPUNDO.dbf to another file then oracle not getting up.

then i revert back the same then SAP i up.

But still i am not able to take the BACKUP.

Please suggest .what to do.

Can you check in DB02 what are the datafiles for PSAPUNDO?... usually the datafiles should have a different name.

hi ,

i checked all the directories for PSAPUNDO.dbf file

i found them they r 2.In different filesystems.

Then i down SAP n in sql i dis mounted DB

and then i renamed thre files PSAPUNDO1.dbf .

if u want the procedure please check the links and u can find how to rename the datafile

Note :- Please be careful while changing the datafile.Please follow the steps in the bellow link
