Hi Guys,
I am currently protoyping the offline approval process for my client. We are working on SRM 7.0, Classic scenario.
I run the program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND & I am able to see the SC in SOST txn. I can see the approval buttons there and if I click on them, it takes me to my default mail client, which is Outlook.
When I send this mail to my ID & open it from Outlook, the buttons are missing. Only the Approve or Reject text appears. Also the approval note under the buttons are missing.
Please let me know if I am missing something!
