Action box in quality notification

Hi

I want to create a return order (RE) from a quality notification by use of action boxes. I have created an action box which uses the FM QM06_FM_TASK_RMA_ORDER_CREATE but it will only allow me to create a repair order.

Does SAP contain a FM whic will let me create a return order?

If not, is the only way then to copy QM06_FM_TASK_RMA_ORDER_CREATE into a Z function module and then modify the Z function module?

You can create your own function module through SE37 with the help of ABAPer
