Shop Paper in Notification

Hi Experts,

I am facing the following issues:

I had created a shop paper as my need, and assigned my own Z-program to the shop paper.Now when, I go to print the shop paper via notification, in that , if i go for print preview, the data is displayed properly and print comes out in properly.

If i give direct print command without print preview, it only prints the layout and no data comes up.

Can anyone give solution for the same.

fIRST CHECK THE DEFAULT PRINTER SETTINGS.

Second thing is check with your Basis team.They can help you out to solve printer conf from SAP customization
