transfer order -quants

hi ,

when i put Transfer order for TR then the quant number in the source and destination bin comes automatically . i place same material with same characteristice but it shows quant 8 in source and quant 9 in the destination. how to control the quants in TO order.

Hi,

The quant numbers are defined at warehouse level (LN03). System automatically allocates the quants and we can not have same quant numbers for source and destination bins. Quants only identifies material stock of a particular category in a storage bin. These numbers are assigned by system automatically and i am not sure why you want to have control over it. Can you please elobrate your requirement?
