HI,

I am very new to Workflow.

I need to create the GR automatically through work flow.

Actually the complete process is,I need to create the

GR(MIGO) - Based on this LT06 (Warehouse)T.code need to be automatically created.

This i need to do in Workflow.Can anyone tell how to proceed with the process.

Since you ask how you can do this in workflow I assume you already have a solution that works without workflow, hopefully one or several function modules.

Then you make a call to your function module(s) from a work item. Easy peasy.

There were no function modules to create GR automatically.

I have used BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE --But GRis not created.

Is there any FM for creating GR automatically

Hello Ramya,

You can make use of the method "Create" in the business object MKPF or else use the BAPI "BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE" to create the GR.

Hello Ramya,

First find the business object for goods receipt(GR) creation.Tag this with workflow.So that whenever goods receipt is created, workflow will trigger.
