message server returns ip address

When contacting message server at logon does message server returns name or ip address of a specific (less loaded) application server?

I am asking this as between companies we have firewall and NAT-ed ip address.

Regardles port to the server(there are local DNS with same names for servers) 33xx, 32xx and 36xx are opened I can not establish connect via logon group.

I get reply like (u201Cpartner not reachedu201D where u201C192.168.33.123u201D is local IP of an application server on the network where SAP servers are.

So basically I have answer message server returns ip address. How to avoid this in such an environment?
