BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE -how do I change the task list type created from N to 2

I am trying to create a Master Recipe using the BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE. I am able to create the task list but with type N for Routing.

Is there a way to change the task list to type 2 for Master Recipe. I don't know if there is another BAPI I can use to create Master Recipe. Our other option is to use BDCs for transaction C201 (Create Master Recipe).

I am assuming I might be able to do this with supplying another profile and application but I am not sure how to do it.
