As I can configure the system so that when you enter in Spanish translations are in German by mistake, I show them in English. These are my language data is configured in SAP:
SMLT:
I have installed the languaje Spanish.
System Languaje: English
Secondary Languaje: Germán
Profile:
zcsa/system_language = Spanish (S) - (for logon users)
zcsa/installed_languages = DES
I don´t have the supplementation Languaje.

Desiré
Hi Desiree,
if there is no translation of an object in your logon language available the system takes the language you have maintained as second language. In your case in German.
I've you want to show the texts in english you have to perform the following steps:
You can't change the second language in transaction smlt anymore, but there is the system parameter zcsa/second_language and set it to english (zcsa/second_language = E).
Restart the system.
Then start the report Report RSLANG20 for your language spain in force-mode. (The language load will be invalidated.)
Now set back CUA- and Dynpro-Buffer with /$CUA and /$DYN.
Afterward you should see english when spanish is missing.

Use the SE16 transaction to add entries inside the st. table "/SAPDMC/LSCSTEPT" and trasport your entries via CR in Production system (all the entries that you added for the specific translation language that you didn't see before).
After this small activity you should find out the text in LSWM screen for your language.
