packing issue in vl02n

Hi I did maintain packing instruction via pop1,but when I am packing in vl02n,the system popped up a error message and says no packing instruction could be found for material 541,how to fix?

I had activated automatic packing check box,and it still pop up that error message.

In POF1 : use determination type SHIP.

It looks find,haldling units had been generated,so what am I gotta to do the next step? PGI?

Check the outbound delivery status is status tab.

Yes. Do the PGI.Rest of the process will be the same as normal sales process.

Hi,

Spro-> LE-> shipping-> deliveries ->delivery type

Select del type LF and check the automatic packing check box.

hi :

Please see my issue description as below:

1 I created a outbound delivery for selling material 541,then I finished picking in this outbound delivery,and I created a packing instruction first in components tab,first line I input item 10,531(package material)item category P target quantity is 1,unit of measurement is EA,second line I input M as item category,541 as component,target quantity is 1,unit of measurement is KG.So packing instruction was created as 11.

2 Then I go to transaction pof1 and chose determination type RCPT,then pick material as key combination,chose material 541 as material column and 11 as packing instruction ,then save.

3 Then I went back to vl02n to that outbound delivery,then I click packing button,enter packaging material number 531 in pack material tab,then handling unit was generated successfully,then I am trying to click automatically packing,system popped up a log says no packing instruction could be found for material 541 even though I had created it as 11 before.

Any solution?

After creating packing instruction in POP1.

Create packing determination in POF1. (determination type -> SHIP, RCPT)
