Past 2 weeks i didnt get earlywatch report ,

Kindly suggest how to resolve ...

Hi,

1.Check the trusted RFC in solution manager > remote server

2.check the backend connection remote server > solution manager

Hi ,

1.check is there any inconsistency for logical system you created for that system if there is inconsistency then delete that logical system and create it again and assign that logical system to that system(remote system).

2.in remote system run RTCCTOOL.

3. in remote system run SDCCN t code in that goto utilities-> Maintain service definitions->delete and replace

4. in remote system in SDCCN create REFRESH SESSION task and execute.

I have also faced same issue and i followed same procedure and it get solved.

1 . Let me know how to check the inconsistency for logical system

2 . I have checked RTCCTOOL in remote system , i got the below info .

TCC Servicetools Update

Introduction The transports and notes marked yellow or red are missing in your system.

Please implement them keeping the given order.

Status List :

Missing addon/ transport / note

Addon ST-A/PI 01M_ECC600

Proc. after addon impl.

Note 888889 for ST-A/PI

Addon ST-PI 2008_1_700

ST-PI Support Packages

Collectors and TCOLL

EWAlert setup

3 ,I have checked in remote system run SDCCN t code .

Sdccn-->Utilities , i got 3 option behind the Utilities 1, activate 2,show legend 3,more information .

i didnt get utilities-> Maintain service definitions->delete and replace in the remote system.

Hi Satheesh,

You need to make every Notes mentioned in RTCCTOOL (either yellow or red) to be green .

You need to update the Add on components ST-A/PI and ST -PI to the latest version. Do it through SAINT if it is add on implementaion.

Check the authorization and add necessary roles and authorization

The error description is very generic, similar to "SYNTAX ERROR" in a 1000 lines of code report.

Things to check:

- is job SM:EXEC SERVICES running properly

- are data available to be processed in SolMan (visible easily via DSMOP)

- are data collected in managed system (SDCCN)

is the service EWA for Solution Manager visible under ToDo, Done in SDCCN

- Is the RFC destination ...BACK... working?

Dear Satheesh

How have you configured your EWA reporting ? Are you generating it via SAP or via Your own Solution Manager system ?

If it is via your own Solution Manager system chances are that the configuration is broken or overwritten by someone.

I have attached a Best Practice guide here for EWA via Solution Manager. Please check all the points carefully. It would help you resolve the issue.

Check the logs for job "SM:EXEC SERVICES" in SM37, and if necessary, rerun it.
