In process inspection with inspection plan

Dear Gurus,

For a certain reason I want to make in process inspection using inspection plans not recipes or routings, and the option of early lot creation with inspection type 04 will not be suitable also.

Isn't there any way to create 03 lots from inspection plans??

Hi Max,

It is not possible to create inprocess inspection lot with out using any routing or recipe.

You can create inprocess inspection lot only through recipe or routing only.

Go to QCC3-->Inspect lot creation>Mainat Inspection lot origin & Assign inspection type----

>here against 03 inspection lot origin enter "Q" type of task list & check with Inspection plan.

As far as I know, its not possible. What is the business requirement? Why you cant use routing?
