Hello Krishna,

"green alerts" can't be confirmed, but you can set a filter in solman_workcenter Business Process Operations to see only red, yellow, red & yellow and so on.

In TA dswp, the is a button "hide green".

Can you suggest any other method to stop generation of Green alerts?

Hi,

as Volker Deneke explained it is possible to hide green alerts. But it is not possible to suppress them. Why would you want to not have green alerts? If you want to do proper reporting over your alerts you need to create green alerts for statistical/information purposes.

Green alerts cannot be confirmed as they are not really considered as alerts. Real alerts are only yellow or red. And only for yellow or red alerts you can send out notifications.

What is your use case that you do not want to create green alerts at all?!

You can get notifications on green alerts too: see [SAP Note 746193|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/746193].

I find them useful, as a confirmation that a problem has been resolved.

Sean
