Jco connection to R3

Hi

I have come across a very strange problem.

When I run my app outside the portal the app retrieves all necessary data from R3 using JCO.

But when I run the same app from the portal, I get a JCO rfc error.

Has anyone seen such odd behaviour?

Hi,

Recreate the JCO connection to reset the pool connection to intial.

http://<hostname>:<Port no>/index.html->WD tools->click on Content Admin.

Select Maintian JCO conncetions ->Select your JCO destinations->Edit the details and reenter the authentication(Username and pwd) and finally test the JCOs.

Hi

I have restarted the server and this error just disappeared but I still don't get it.

If the portal uses the same JCO as the application outside the portal, how come one is working while the other does not?

What exactly the error is.

Are you using same userId to login to portal which you are using to access application directly.
