Sold-To Party Name

Hi! I'm doing my very first query in SAP that will list down deliveries. I got my details from LIPS and VBAP table but I still need to include the Sold-to and the Sold-To name. Can anyone help me to identify the table where I can get these data please.

Hi,

From table VBAK, you can get the sold to party number - KUNNR

Then pass that KUNNR to the table "KNA1" and extract the filed "NAME1" to get the name of the sold to party.

You can use either of the table for your query KNA1 or KNVV.

I tried joining KNA1 to LIKP using the fields LIKP-KUNAG and KNA1-KUNNR, but I keep on getting error messsage "KNA1 must be the right-hand table in join" . What should I do to correct this error?

KNVV doesn't have Sold-To Name only the Sold-To Customer Code. Actually, I'm still doing the Infoset for my Query and joining KN1A and LIKP produced the said error.

Hi,

You can use table VBPA. Get ADRNR value from VBPA & then use table ADRC for name & address of SP.
