picking gradeout

HI,

During delivery Picking field showing as grade out showing as '0'& delivery quantity can't be copied from sales order automatically

Pleas.e give me the solution how to rectify.

Hi,

Check your Delivery Item category in OVLP.

You will find a check box "Relevant for Picking".

Hopefully, this check box is blank in your case, which means your item is not relevant for picking.

In the above case, you will find the picking field as greyed out with zero quantity in the Delivery document.

If you will activate the said check box, then picking field in Delivery will be active.

Use tcode LT03 - Create Transfer order from Delv for picking the quantity.
