Activation of BC sets in Development box

After the installation we have created a test client in DEV box with "no changes to repository and cross client customization objects" and "changes w\o automatic recording, no transport allowed" settings

Now whats the procedure to activate the BC sets in this test client as its not allowing so.

If you configure the system to "not allow changes" then it won't allow them. You need to allow the corrections.

Thanks Markus , However after changing the client setting and activating the BC sets can i again change the settings of the client.

Yes, you can switch that setting back after the BC is activated.
