Purchase order print

Gurus,

I am creating a PO with 2 vendors.One is supplying vendor,2 Freight vendor.

Is it possible to print Seperate PO for freight vendor & Supplying vendor?

Configure the message output type for printing the output twice (2 copies ) and In the PO layout check for the copy number and then fetch the data for the relavent vendors and print.

Ex- for first copy print Supplier vendor details and for the second copy print the freight vendopr details.

HI,

One thing is you can configure two Out put types for different vendors.

or else you can do it in same program by calling two function modules(smartforms) based on the vendor. you can put the condition as per the vendor and call the function module
