Balance for transaction type group 10 negative for the area 01

Hi All,

I use T-code MB1A -mty 242 (consumption for asset from warehouse - reversal) to add on asset from warehouse.

Last time, it is ok. But now has error message : "balance for transaction type group 10 negative for the area 01"

How can I do? Please help me resolve it.

Hi,

It seems, attempting to post negative value to the asset. To allow neagative values to the asset, make the following configuration changes -

Enable allow negative values check box in Assets screen layout tab.

With AS02, tick the check box for the required asset to allow negative postings.

I open AS02 but did not find the check box for the required asset to allow negative postings.
