Error Calling Application via OLE ALVIEWER.APP

While executing FB03 in SAP ECC6.0 an unusual error message was found :

" Error Calling Application via OLE ALVIEWER.APP" . SAPLOGON 710 is the version.

Could anybody give soem idea regarding this error message ? Why does it occur and how we can approach towards that ?

Is that an issue with a software installation ?

I have teh same problem, when i am trying to attach a zip document in transaction ME53N.

I am getting the following error:

" Error Calling Application via OLE ALVIEWER.APP"

Could anyone help me with this issue?.
