SRM 7.0 - Prevent shopping cart creator from changing SC during approvals

In SRM 7.0 is there any way to prevent the shopping cart creator from changing the shopping cart after it has been submitted for approval?

Currently the system allows the cart to be changed but does not redetermine the approvals based on the change. This makes no sense.

Hello Paul,

There is no standard way of deactivating the change option, if you are problem not the system is redetermine the approval based on the changes then it is standard issue. As per the standard any change make by document creator should restart the WORKFLOW, you don't need to do anything. could you please share your system SP level and open a OSS message to SAP.

OSS note '1436493 - Process schema not reevaluated after document change' could resolve your issue.
