changin gateway hostname in SMGW

Dear all,

This is an issue with SM51 TCODE. While accessing the central instance, it displays value of the application server in the display tab at the bottom right IE the value of the current instance. does not shift. So in our work around analysis, we concluded that in SMGW TCODE, the attribute is wrongly set.

Please suggest how to change the gateway host name attribute in SMGW. It is not set correctly.

Hi Tony,

Does SM51 Tcode show correct hostnames of Central instance and Application Server.

Additionally you can try to refresh the hostname buffer. Go to Tcode SM51

Goto -> Hostname Buffer -> Reset -> Application server
