customizing for feedback functionality missing

Hello Experts,

I have configured sevice desk and working properly in the solution manager.

But when i try to post the support massage in the production server it shows 'customizing for feedback functionality missing'.

I have checked the RFC connection,its working properly.

Please suggest me any solution of this problem.

Did you put the RFC destination in table BCOS_CUST?

thanks for your reply

But I have define ti in the bcos_cust table and it sti not wrking.

And this note is aso not helpful to me.

Can u please suggest me any other solution.

Please write proper english, not text message like language (read the forum rules!)

If you have defined the destination properly in BCOS_CUST then there shouldn't be the error message that no RFC destination is defined. You still get that error message?

I have defined the RFC in BCOS_CUST table and even then i got 'customizing for feedback functionality missing' error.

When i try to post the support massage from the production server.
