Former Member

Hello Experts,

We are on SRM 7.0 with PPS NW7.01 EP7, MDM Catalog 3.0 landscape.

I am able to view the Catalog independently via the link.

However while opening the catalog through the Portal from the Shopping Cart Link it is giving error.

For Standard Call Structure - error is "Page not found or not available "

I tried changing to Integrated Call Structure, then the error is "Error connecting to Catalog; contact your System Administrator"

Pl suggest,

Thanks in advance

Hi Vamseedhar,

I had the same error initially. the steps that helped me are :

1 , Create another user in MDM console, with only Catalog USer role.

2. provide a password , as per ur wish.

3. Take the ID/ Passwd and put it into the WEBSERVICE ID config in SRM as per the steps enumerated above by VIkas

4. Make sure u know the Parameters are CASE-SENSITIVE, hence maintain the remaining parameters as per COnfig guide on SMP.
