DR setup : R3trans fail to connect

Hi

We have constructed the DR setup and it is working with switchover concept. Once switchover done, both the New Primay and New Standby not getting started with SAP.

R3trans -d through the error.

This is r3trans version 6.14 (release 700 - 14.02.08 - 14:55:00).

unicode enabled version

2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = ORACLE --- dbs_o

ra_tnsname = 'DRE'"

r3trans finished (0012).

Once switchover to Original Primary and Original Standby - SAP works and r3trans also return 0000. working fine.

any guess ? where i am struck up .
