Actial GI Date

At the delivery level I want to made Actual GI Date as mandatory field.

because in my gas industry user every day create back dated delivery, so I want system status will remain up to date.

Try with badi LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC method name is CHANGE_DELIVERY_HEADER

Use Tcode: OVA2 and select Delivery Header and Double click on Procedure then select K0- Outbound Del.1 and

Double click on Field and maintain following

LIKP(TABLE) WADAT_IST(FIELD NAME) Act. Gds Mvmnt Date(dISCRIPTION) ITOV_T(scr.) D1(status)

Hi,

In the Tranasction code SHD0 enter the TRANSACTION CODE -- VL01N and

SCREEN VARIANT --- BUS2124_DEC_CREATE_1102

PROGRAM -

---

SAPMV50A

SCREEN ---1102

and click on change mode

This will lead to nex screen where you can find the Field ACTUAL GI DATE against which the field status are available

Check the REQUIRED field and save it

Now once you try to create deliverey, the ACTUAL GI DATE will be required entry

Please the above process and revert back

i follow the same path, but still Actual GI is not madatory.

Hello,

If you use SHD0 it can be achieved

And this is not specific to the document type, since the changes were made at program level , the changes will impact all the delivery document types
