Unable to log in with another user in already imported track

Hi Experts,

in MY NWDS CE 7.1 SP04 , i have a track imported with one user ID.

Now i want to log in to this track with a different user ID.

However in MY NWDS , in Development infrastructure perspective , i am unable to edit the user name while loggin in to this track.

It was possible in NWDS version 7.0 , i remember , however not sure how do i do it here.

Can you guys help?

Hi Ashish,

afaik SAP does not support this and expect you to remove the Development Configuration completely in NWDS and create it new with another user.

But if you have no activities open, you can manually edit the file

<path-to-workspace-ending with .jdi>\0\buildvariant.config

("user=.." in line 2)

and see if it works.
