One approver share two structure with different company code

Hi All,

when implement two companies in two different countries. ( two separate company code in R/3) , these two companies share same the topest manager. when I create structure in TX:PPOCA_BBP. I found a problem that if I just put him in one company sturcture. another company code will loss him as approver. it will loss line approval work flow for second company automatically. Of course, I can use forward function to this manager, however, the forward action only can be done by user manully which it is not good approach and more mistake will happen from user.

Anyone have facing this issue before. would be great to share how to handle it.

Hi,

How about this Org. Structure design?

+ Dummy Conpany group Top

+ Top Manager

+ Company A

+ Org Unit A

+ Employee A

+ Company B

+ Org Unit B

+ Employee B

When Enployee A or Employee B creates a SC, Approver will be the Top Manager.
