PO not printed after saving changes in ME22N

Hi,

User changed quantity on one of the line items and saved the PO but it did not create output type and trigger printout for the changed item.

I checked settings in IMG for Purchasing .EVerything is fine, messages are created for other Vendors when PO is changed in ME22n and saved.

I am not sure what could be the issue here, can someone pls help.

Hi,

The print relavent field control does not depend upon vendors.

If for a perticular vendor it is not getting printed then check the "Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes" table for EKPO-MENGE

1. Field is maintained

2. Print relavent indicator is ticked

3. Any routine is assigned to it if so please che the routine.

One partner fucntion was missing in the partner tab - may be user deleted by mistake. I added Partner 'OA' and it is working fine.
