1 Condition type, multiple calculations

Hi gurus,

Need your help urgently.

We have a business requirement that using 1 condition type I can have a record like:

Sales Org Material Customer Amount

1000 Mat1 Cust1 - 20 USD

1000 Mat2 Cust1 2% (of base price)

We want to achieve both using the same condition type.

Is this possible?

Yes you can achieve this, provided this not a base condition.

In V/06 for your condition type, check Amount/percent in changes can be made.

Hi,

What I want is to maintain records where you can have both Amount/ Percentage based records to be maintained in the same condition type. This is not a base condition. It is a discount/Surcharge.

While creation of condition records cant I change the calculation type of that material?

Hi,

Make sure you have marked the check box "Calculation Type" during the condition type definition. (V/06). This will enable the user to change the calculation type during record entry. But make sure they are first changing the calculation type in the condition record entry screen (VK11) and then entering the field values

Hi,

Your requirement is not clear.

Do you want to store 20 and 2% in one condition type?

If that's the case, then it's not possible.

Please clarify!
