Tax Amounts not Pulling into Order

We are using Vertex Series Q tax software. When we have taxable line items for the state of Washington, we are get the tax rates back from Vertex but the tax amounts are not calculating. I have tested this for the state of Pennsylvania and I get both the rates and the amounts returned. I can't find anywhere in our SAP instance that would prevent the amounts from populating.

Am I overlooking something or is this an issue in Vertex not SAP?

First I recommend to do a testing in the test system. If the same issue happens in test system then I would suggest to check with Vertex support team.

They can guide you on how to check and what values passed from SAP to Vertex and vice-versa for this particular transmission. This might involve your basis personal also.
