Attach Short Dump to Support Message

I am wondering if if is possible to attach short dump results to a support message when creating it from within a satellite system without having to first download the short dump to a file.

Hello Jerry,

When a Message is created from the Managed system into Solution Manager it calls in a CRM interface to create this message. This Interface is not capable of gathering ABAP Dumps directly from the managed system.

So in simple words the current environment of Support Desk does not facilitate the requirement that you have posted.

Its again a myth from early days of servicedesk. We cannot expect the system to attach it automatically to your message.

There is no such feature available in servicedesk.
