Infotype responsible to check Manager Association with Employee

Hi Gurus ,

Here's the question:

By which infotype / SAP :Table Level we can find out the Manager for an employee ?

The scenario : In T&E every employee has the right to assign their expenses to the neccessary cost center.

Now , while using the Cost center the employee can submit trip.

For Approval that Trip needs to go to some other Manger other than the one defined since expense is for a different cost center.

So how do we get Employee- Manager Relation ship? where do we maintain the same ?

Hi Kylie,

If the travel expense has to employee line manager for approval, then you need to write a rule in T-Code "PFAC" to pick the line manager based on the realationship type "A 002" from T-Code "PP01".

Based on the this rule, the travel expenses goes for approval.
