Error while downloading ADOBE LifyCycle Designer

Hi Professional,

I'm facing error, while downloading "ADOBE LifeCycle Designer 8.0" from Marketplace through "SAP Download Manager".

Error is: "Unable to read data from the SAP Service Marketplace. Check your services and try again", This error shows in the taskbar.

What will be the possible reason for this error?

Hi,

This could be problem with settings in download manager like proxy or user settings or network problems. Please check that and if problek still persists then try downloading it directly instead of using the download manager.

Hi,

You can download the same from service market place. Go to http://service.sap.com/swdc

Choose Download->Installation and Upgrades->My Company's Application Components-> SAP NETWEAVER-> SAP NETWEAVER 7.0->Installation and Upgrades

Choose which ever is your OS and DB and under download tabs click on 50098620_1 NW 7.0 Presentation - Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0 which will ask you to download directly and save.
