CUP SOD Review Approval

Experts,

When reviewing the SOD Request in CUP as a manager, is it possible to approve the request if the company is going to accept the risk. As an example, when I review the request as a manger, my options are to, Mitigate Risk, Propose Removal, and Reject User. None of which would lead me to believe that the user can just review the users and accept.

Please let me know if there's a way to approve the request and just note that the review was performed, but no action was taken.

Hello Kunal, There are few settings that may impact the approval during a risk. Please check the following configuration items:

1. Configuration tab --> Mitgation

a. Make sure "Allow Approvers to approve access, despite any conflicts" IS checked.

b. Make sure "Mitigation of critical access risks required before approving the request" is NOT checked.

2. Configuration tab --> Workflow --> Stage

a. Make sure the appropriate stage has the option "Approve Request Despite Risks" is set to YES.
