Error: Object ACCOUNTCC in Appset (app) is locked

BPC Experts,

We've added a new hierarchy node in Accounts dimension and while processing the dimension updates we're getting the below error:

Object ACCOUNTCC in Appset (Littelfuse) is Locked.

I didn't get this error before and in our QA box it works without any issues.

Any clues on where and what to look are greatly appreciated.

This is resolved, we had a hung process that locked the hierarchy.
