Clientside Groupware-Integration: Appointment's time is wrong
I synchronise appointments from Outlook to CRM and CRM to Outlook. It works fine but the time of the appointment is wrong in CRM after sync.
In Outlook: 4pm, in CRM 6pm. It's always 2 hours difference.
I checked the timezone of my user but it's correct.
Any other idea?
Its CRM 2007.

i faced the same situation some time ago.
You have to check the timezone setting in the outlook plugin.
Go to Outlook -> Extras -> Options -> CRM Calendar ...
Here you will find on one of the tabs timezone.
I guess it is set to UTC.
Set it to the users timezone.
Since (i think) GWI 8.017 you are able to maintain a client profile in CRM customizing and set the timezone there for each combination of Country and businessrole.
