Hi

I have given No Authorization to user to Cancel or Close Document but user is still able to close document.

Hello Manish - you seem to have quite a few postings about Authorization...

May I suggest to you a document from SAP titled How to Define Authorizations in SAP B1 Documentation? There are copies for both 2007A and 8.8 on the documentation site. It is about 64 pages long and has quite a few points you might want to learn and have at hand if you are going to be doing authorization settings...
