Error in Central Lock Handler

Hi, I have a big problem... after setting up SSL (only some changes in strust and adding parameter in rz10) I cannot use Sap Logon anymore.. Log in is ok, but when I try to run any transaction I see only error:

'Unknown error calling profile editor'

and in syslog after restart I have a lot of errors like that:

'SAP-Basis System: Error in Central Lock Handler'

Can you post the parameter changes you made ?

Can you also post the value of parameter enque/table_size ?

Can you check if parameter enque/process_location is enabled, if yes please post value.

there were no paramaters enque/table_size and enque/process_location.

some transactions work after sap logon restart, but mostly only once.. then I need to restart again. I can't run rz10.

I added parameters to SSL and add icm/host_full_name (ip adress) and change FULLHOSTNAME or something like that also to IP.

ok, I found backup files of profile in sap directory and replace it with actual. After restart of whole machine it started working.
