Hi all

How can i sent attachment with sap auto generated mail ( trigerrered after stock posting in QA12).

During stock posting I am not aware of but during Usage Decision You can send mail as a "follow-up action"

You can create your own followup action also.........

Check selected set QS51 for the same

you can create a function module which will trigger the mail to predefined ID's.in predefine formats.You can use smart form .You can create Z-table to maintain ID's

Now in QCC0->Quality inspection -

>inspec lot completion---->Define Follow-up action.

here select the std one or create your own followup action.Add the function module here.
