Failed to create / syn DC from "Inactive DCs"

Hi all,

I failed to create / syn DC from "Inactive DCs"

com.sap.tc.devconf.SyncException: Failed to sync DC "sap.com/ess/skl(sap.com_SAP_ESS_1)" in configuration "NWP_ZEXTSP14_D". File "C:\Documents and Settings\AX_XIHEAH\.dtc\0\DCs\sap.com\ess\skl\_comp\.dcdef" does not exist locally after sync but it exists on the server

root cause the size of log file is full. Clear log file / increase disk size to solve the issue
