Hi,
when i create support message from solman Reported by(Created By) and staus at sap not displaying in DNOTIFWL.we dont have any problem when i see from CRM_DNO_MONITOR or DSWP and from sattlite system its working fine(we can see the Reported by(Created By) and staus at sap ).

Why do you want to monitor the SLF1 ABA notifications with DNOTIFWL? The Service Desk functionality is designed so that you work with the CRM messages (SLFN)

Goto : SPRO -> Solman -> Capabilities -> IT Service Manag. -> Partner Determination Procedure -> DEfine Partner Determination Procedure -> (Select your own procedure , eg.: SMIN0001) -> Partner Functions in Procedure -> Select "Reported by" partner and change the acess sequence to second item: " Business Partner Relationships -> Activity Partner User"
