Plant for sales order

Hi ,

I have created a retun ZRE order sales type , when ever i do a sales order with orer type ZRE , it should automatically pick a Particular plant (XYZ) in this order, how to do this ?

Hi Rajesh,

In STD sap it cannot be done, bcoz plant determination happens as follows:

CMIR (Info Record) VD51

Customer Master (XD01) Delivering Plant

Material Master (Delivering Plant)

Manual input in Sales order

So you can meet your requirement by changing in MV45AFZZ user exit

Maintain Customer Material Info Record for this by using tcode VD51.

In the record, maintain:

Customer

Sales Org & DC

Plant

Item usage (it indicates how the system reacts when you process a sales document item in a certain context.)

Dear,

It is comes from Sales area of customer from XD01 / XD02 / XD03.

Check in Customer master XD03 --> Sales Area --> Shipping ---> Delivery Plant.

Hi,

When ever u r creating a return order it must be with reference to a billing doc or ur sales order,

while maintaining copy control between them your header and item data should b correctly transfered through correct routine.

Kindly check the routine u have set.
