shipping issue

i have 200 line items in purchase order,i done replanishment for all line items,and i done collective shipment but for 3 line items are not taking in to shipment ,though material is available,what may be the reason.

Are all 200 lines the same material/ plant/ delivery date/ price?

You mentioned you entered a purchase order, but do you mean a sales order?

Did you validate that each line is complete for requirements to create a delivery?

Try going to VL10G and entering document number. Create the delivery. What are the messages that are being presented in the log?

If you are actually referring to a sales order document (not a PO), go to VA02 and enter document number and hit enter. Now go to the menu and click on Sales Document/ Deliver. This will open VL01 and attempt to create deliveries. If it has a problem, it will indicate the message immediately.
