ERM Methodology - Approval

Hi,

As part of ERM methodology we need to have multiple approval phases separated by other phases in the role development process. During testing this methodology, when the approval at 2st stage is granted process is going back to the 'Define Authorization' phase instead of proceeding to the next phase (Approval phase 3).

Methodology process is

Define->Approval 1(Business)->Define Auth->Derive->Risk Analysis->Generate->Testing->Approval2(Team Lead)->Appoval3(Training).

Another issue is, request is going for approval of all approvers in the approval phases. Can the request be sent only to the related approver for that phase?

What version and SP are you on?

The issue in the AE WF with the approvers I believe is solved by switching the config. You have the same issue if you implement FF IDs in AE WF.

Thanks for the reply. CUP v5.3 SP7. Are you suggesting to configure multiple stages in approval process in CUP? For ERM workflow type there are only two attributes available for initiating a workflow. How can other attributes be selected to start new workflow with 2 stages (for 2nd approval and 3rd approval) ? Could you please provide more info?

Can I have another phase in between these two approvals in ERM while having this 2 stage workflow?

Also SPM access provisioning is happening with out out any issues.
